The Ferris State University Swan Welding Lab Ventilation Project was my first opportunity to work with your organization. You are to be commended for the quality of service and dedication provided. As you are aware, the project timeline could only be described at its best as 'tight'. From the onset of the project, I became very appreciative that you provided an onsite supervisor, who was knowledgeable, well organized, had a good understanding of the project objectives and what was going to be necessary to achieve a positive outcome. Positive leadership was demonstrated during your involvement. This included recognition of the important role quality employees have towards positive outcomes of a project; as well as, problem solving skills when faced with changes or additional needs. Change orders for items outside of the original scope of work were well documented, accurate and fair. Payment applications were complete. Your personal interest, commitment towards providing a quality product, and meeting the needs of the University and regulatory agencies were also appreciated. Thanks again for a job well done.
