Greg started working summers at East Muskegon in 1967. He holds an Associates Degree in Business and completed a four-year sheet metal apprenticeship. Greg also attended Michigan State University’s Industrial Ventilation Conference.
In 1977 Greg purchased the company with his father. As a Sheet Metal Project Manager he honed his leadership and decision-making skills and in 1992 became President of East Muskegon Roofing and Sheet Metal Co., Inc. He was the company’s sole owner from 2000 to 2011. Greg continues as part-owner and is now the company’s Vice President.
Greg has also served the industry as Chairman for the West Michigan Sheet Metal Joint Apprenticeship Training Committee for 30 years. He is the President of the Sheet Metal Employer’s Association since 1992 and was President of the Michigan Chapter of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractor’s National Association from 1998 to 2004.
