C.S. Facilities The Washington Project

This project, we recently completed, was coordinated by Dahlgren Industrial, Inc. Our work scope was for complete roof installation on a building previously occupied by an auto industry supplier in Coopersville, MI.

Baker College of Muskegon A200 Wing

Structure was on the second story set approximately 25 feet in from the first floor perimeter. We removed the existing roof system down to the metal deck. During tear off, we replaced a substantial amount of bad decking.

Muskegon County Pump Station "C"

We installed a fully adhered EPDM roof system over the concrete deck. There is an asphalt system vapor barrier and the insulation was set in hot asphalt.

Spring Lake Aquatic and Fitness Center

The Spring Lake Community Fitness and Aquatic Center is a 66,350 square foot facility for family fitness and fun. The facility offers a family fun pool, lap/competition pool, fully-equipped weight room, state of the art cardio room, indoor track, and hot tub and steam room.

Calvin College Spoelhof Fieldhouse Complex

East Muskegon Roofing and Sheet Metal's $700,000 contract for the built-up roofing included the roofs of the new arena building and new pool building. Both roofs were similarly constructed with structural steel and metal decking and a key challenge being the 3/12 slope of the roof.

Spectrum Health Corporation Blodgett Campus Addition

East Muskegon Roofing and Sheet Metal was hired for the roofing portion of the project. This project brought several challenges. We worked on a very small site in a residential area with an extremely aggressive time frame and an extensive roofing system.

Grand Haven Area Public Schools High School Athletic Facility

East Muskegon Roofing and Sheet Metal was awarded the roofing contract for the new athletic facilities at Grand Haven High School. The specified roofing system was a reinforced EPDM (rubber) membrane. There were a total of 5 different buildings with varying challenges.
