Muskegon Area Career Tech Center Dust Collector
We installed a Camfil Farr APC Gold Series dust collector, model GS6. This collector is used to collect particulate from a plasma cutting table used in the welding shop.
Nugent Sand Company Custom Conveyors
A tight budget with next to impossible deadlines was not a problem for our great craftsmen. We were able to complete fabrication of custom conveyors, ladders, catwalks, enclosures, hoppers, stack and guarding and install them with no delays in production to our customer.
The North Face
We were asked by DL Morse and Associates to design and fabricate a Dry-Fit Wall System without the twelve-week lead-time that is usually required for a similar system. Therefore, we went to work....
Oasis and Lucky Thirteen
We were called upon to perform, and fast! While our shop was running near capacity, we were asked to fabricate, insulate, weatherproof and deliver 150 linear feet of GMP sanitary welded ductwork.
Muskegon County Wastewater Metro Cell No. 1 Improvements
We removed existing structural steel mixer frames to make way for new frames redesigned to handle the torque of the mixer gearbox. The old gearboxes were shearing mounts.
Great Lakes Ford
Challenge: Create a one of a kind entrance for a one of a kind dealership, with some guidelines of course. Matching an aluminum design on other dealerships, we fabricated panels from 14 gauge, type 304 stainless steel with a No. 4 finish. Frame is a welded construction, pre-drilled and tapped to accept hidden fasteners.
Equipment Fabrication
Our special talents really shine on this project. From carbon steel, we fabricated this equipment for the mold-making process used in investment castings. The backsides of the towers feature belt elevators. Large turntables for a robot cell allow one robot to service four items. Talk about efficiency!
Morton Salt
Our Grand Rapids division, Certified Sheet Metal, executed this successful project. We fabricated and installed a new dust collection pipe system to allow for increased production.
Work Stands
Custom built work stands fabricated from 304 stainless steel tubing and perforated metal.
Custom Conveyors
This project included fabrication and field installation of two 304 stainless steel Z-conveyors with Intralox conveyor top.
ITP - Wealthy Street Operations Center
We furnished, assembled and installed the paint spray booth for the body shop. We also fabricated and installed the necessary ductwork.
Custom SS Product Tanks
Our Grand Rapids division, Certified Sheet Metal, executed this successful project. Fabricated product tanks from 12 gauge #4 polished 180 grit finish stainless steel. Weld removed inside the product zone.
Product Line Crossover Pathway
Our Grand Rapids division, Certified Sheet Metal, executed this successful project. Fabricated from aluminum, this featured crossover provided a footpath over an existing product line. It also allowed for maintenance.
Tanglewood Park
This project encompassed remodeling an existing D & W grocery store into a full-blown senior service and activity center. The extensive remodel included a complete ‘gut’ job of the building and a total redesigned HVAC system stemming from an extremely compact mechanical room.
Lamar Construction Company Corporate Headquarters
Our Grand Rapids division, Certified Sheet Metal, executed this successful project. We fabricated and installed per owner’s specifications a new corner radius stainless steel countertop. This was made with a #4 finish for the reception area of new offices.
Michigan Turkey Producers
Our Grand Rapids division, Certified Sheet Metal, executed this successful project. Stainless steel, HVAC and misc. metals work performed in processing and packaging areas. This was all food - grade quality work.
Iron Ladles for Foundry
Teamwork, excellent craftsmanship, a well-equipped shop and the ability to get the job done right the first time allowed us to meet a deadline of five days to fabricate sixteen iron ladles for a Foundry.
